I have XBMC 9.11-beta1 rUnknown installed on Ubuntu 8.04, using this method http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=HOW-TO_insta...ep-by-step
This problem occured after I updated XBMC some days ago, via Ubuntu's automatic Update.
Almost everytime I start a movie file XBMC crashes. It's not one specific video codec or container.
I start XBMC, go to Movies, starting the movie I want to see (in this case any movie!), and then XBMC shuts down with no warning. Happens 99% of the time.
