I am running the XBMC's standard download version with a complete empty library on a laptop. It has a Intel Celeron processor 1.6 Ghz, Clockspeed 1.59 Ghz/1,87 GB.
When I run XBMC is takes up to 99% of my CPU's capacity.
How can I solve this ?

Try using a "light" skin. Your hardware shouldn't have too much trouble with XBMC (keep in mind that the old Xbox is 700Mhz with 64Mb RAM) except for the GPU. I guess that's where your laptop is struggling to keep up.
When there's no hardware 3D acceleration XBMC will use the CPU to (try to) do the job.
