I downgraded to 2.4 from 3.0.1 and now my remote does not work. Is there a way to update the appletv back to 3.0.1 from a ssh session? I used the following instructions to downgrade:

sorry I didnt realize that you cant use remote.did you try the instructions on the end to fix the remote issue?

have you tried holding "-" and "menu" for a few seconds?
