Setting advanced power management level to 0xfe

I did update && upgrade today on xbmc live 9.04
and I get stuck at "Setting advanced power management level to 0xfe " after i rebooted.
I am on an asrock ion 330 wihich is unusable now :/
Please help!

Live systems aren't really meant to be upgraded, atleast we haven't had the capabilities to ensure it works flawless. I'd suggest you to try the latest camelot beta live from scratch instead.

At some point we ofcourse hope that it will work but generally only small upgrades are ok on live systems, i.e no new kernels and drivers.

I meant sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade.
I am not supposed to do that?
