Just received my Zino HD now what?

I picked up the Zino HD with the ati 4330 HD card and the 1.8 amd cpu and would like to set up XBMC on it. I was wondering if it was better to use XBMC Live! or windows 7 for it? Also are there are any tweaks I should do to get the best performance out of it for BD rips?

TIA

XBMC under Windows would be the best choice there is a thread on DXVA enabled XBMC in the windows forums.

XBMC Live currently only supports Nvidia GPU's for offloading the video to the GPU so you'd be relying on the CPU alone.
