Can't reproduce, so a debug log is required. If it's that big, there must be repetition somewhere in it. Cut the log from after afew repetitions.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

You can reproduce this repeatedly by entering the "Dance" genre? I can't at all. Pretty tough to fix bugs we can't replicate. It's rather obvious you're out of memory from the stack trace. However, it's completely non-obvious what input would lead to the infinite recursion in CUtil::RemoveExtension() that causes this to occur. We're going to need more details from you to get it replicated. See http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=HOW-TO_submi...Bug_Report .

I'm sure i gave all the necessary info, if not what am i missing?

My HTPC box has 2GB of mem, that should be enough no?

no. even 2gb can't hold an infinite stack..
