Hello, I am using XBMC 9.11

I am using IMDB to download movie information/covers

the problem is, it won't download info for South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

The cover does not change, no movie info is showing up, the movie is in .AVI format

The file name is "South Park - Bigger Longer & Uncut"

I've tried renaming it but XBMC still won't download the movie information/cover

Please help

Try naming the file South Park Bigger Longer Uncut(1999).dvd.avi. That's how mine is named. I am using TMDB instead of IMDB, but what I suspect is the & in the name is causing a problem.

Problem resolved, I removed the & from the file name like you suggested and it downloaded the cover + movie info this time
