I know these questions have been asked before, but I wanted I searched around and can't seem to find answers. I just wanted to know from a developer standpoint if these features are feasible for XBMC and if they are even in consideration for the future.

we will never add native tv tuner support but we already support livetv through mythtv and tvheadend. the unified pvr frontend branch is almost mergeable.

bd isn't up to us as such - that's up to the power that be and/or the brave hackers at doom9.
