XBMCLive crashed on me, so I help down the power button on my PC until it turned off, and then turned it back on again.
The problem is after the splash screen, it just stays black. I've tried restarting XBMC from the terminal, but it didn't work.
This seems like something a lot of people might have experienced, but I couldn't find anything to help me...sorry if this has been posted many times before :p

Did you find out what happened and how to fix it? I'm looking at a live black screen now too.

Try press SHIFT while booting up to access grub menu and boot with failsafe. And try troubleshoot from there?

I can boot to recovery and I can ssh in. What do I look for? I reviewed some of the logs in /var/log but didn't find anything.

.xsession-errors shows no errors and the same is true for xbmc.log
