I have XBMC 9.11 installed from a patchstick along with alpha Boxee...
Wireless networked to a Mac - shared folders and able to play M4V files just fine. Excellent!
As I understand it XBMC plays (or might play) video_ts folders - but in my first attempt to do this I am unable to play them as the menu won't play the folder - it just drills down to the individual items (IFO, VOB etc.). It will play the individual bits but that's not helpful. So the question is simple - what am I missing? Is this possible?
My hope was to be able to copy all my media over without having to run everything through Handbrake etc. first. This may seem like a very dumb basic question but I searched and couldn't find the answer...
