HP Dc7100 wont suspend or switch off using XBMC live
#1
I have a HP Dc7100 USDT (Ultra Slim DeskTop), which makes a fairly decent HTPC out of the box. It has a P4 3.2Ghz, 1.5GB Ram and an 80GB Hdd. I have installed a Geforce 8400GS PCI graphics card and it will do 1080p all day long. The only issue I have with it is that for some reason, Ubuntu is not able to control the power of the PC, so instead of switching off when you shut it down, it reboots, and also it wont go to sleep after the timeout.

Does anyone know what is causing this? When I had XP installed on it, it shut down and slept fine.

Thanks...
