Im pretty sure you'll need to use the 'vlc method' then. Google is your friend.

Ripping your disks is still the best kodi option.

I Finally get was I was looking for using makeMKV, the issue was that when I installed prior day it was on the night after 14 hours working and my mind shouldn't be lucid, I had installed XBMC add-on but not the makeMKV itself.

I tested a pair of original blurays I own and seem't to work

1. I installed the plugin: https://github.com/X-dark/plugin.makemkv.../1.1.3.zip
2. I installed makemkvcom using a script: http://146.185.132.52/ubuntu/apps/files/buildMakeMkv.sh

It has been mentioned in this thread but this addons is not needed anymore:

Do not followed makemkv instructions or it will break you Kodi install. Somebody gave some better instructions: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid1551341

If you have a good install of makemkv with the proper key and followed these instructions, it will work.
I am also able to get to work with the play disc command.

1. wget "http://www.makemkv.com/download/makemkv-bin-1.9.8.tar.gz"
2. sudo apt-get install build-essential pkg-config libc6-dev libssl-dev libexpat1-dev libavcodec-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libqt4-dev
3. unpack makemkv-bin
4. cd /dir/who/makemkv-bin
5. make
sudo make install
6. touch ~/.MakeMKV/settings.conf and insert
app_Key = "<the key goes here>" (put the key between the quotation marks) .
