Hi Guys 'n Girlz

I am busy writing a skin and to test, I removed (renamed) the Confluence skin and only placed my skin in the directory.

XBMC for windows crashes on startup with:
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
(Please contact support...)

I have slao tested this on Linux yet and I believe this to be a bug...

Cheers

Confluence is the default skin XBMC looks for it on first run and if the current skin you are using it completly F.U.B.A.R.
If you have not set your skin to be used or have screwed up the code in your skin in anyway it will not have something good to fall back onto. which probably is causing your error

Yea no reason to delete the default skin, it's on 20mb or so...Always good to have as a backup and when troubling shooting issues Confluence should be the benchmark to use since as the default it has to be up to the standard that it should be error free.
