I have a bare minimum XBMC installation following the XBMCbuntu instructions in the wiki. Under this set-up, I don't believe there is a window manager.

I am trying to figure out a good way to run Hulu Desktop as well. Has anyone devised a good method to launch Hulu Desktop when there is no window manager?

window managers are not forbidden.

sudo apt-get install fluxbox eterm

to get a nice, slim one.
