I believe there are many of us with this problem. Movie loads, runs for 10 minutes, then stutters for a couple minutes, then runs again, etc, etc., AVI files run fine as does DVD, but my MKV files....yucky.
Sadly 95% of my library is MKV.
For me, it is not a network problem as my movies run fine when not using the Crystal HD.
