Option for xbmc 1.0 style ffwd with trigger
#1
i had a look around the manual and searched here but found no mention of being able to use the 1.0 style ffwd and frwd for videos using the trigger. i much prefer pressing the button once to start fast forwarding waiting till i get to the bit i want then pressing the other button to resume playing instead of the videogame style press and hold with *just* the right pressure for 4x ffwd.
almost every dvd and vcr player in the world uses a button press to start and another to stop instead of holding it down with the right amount of pressure. it seems like the best way to do it.

btw. xbmp/xbmc is great, the big reason why i bought an xbox, thanks for all the hard work.

by default ff and rw are not mapped to a gamepad button. you can map them to gamepad buttons but you'll have to unmap those buttons from another function. (there just arent enough buttons.)

look in keymap.xml, in the fullscreen video actions section.

you can also ffw and rw using the video osd.
