HDI 3DTV has XBMC built in ?

I dont know if the XBMC team is aware of this or not but Engadget were demoed a new 3D HDTV from a company called HDI.

Long story short their 3DTV is supposed to be better than all the others coming from the big name brands, they have only made prototypes so far but are hoping to begin mass manufacturing by the end of 2010. They'll still cost and arm and leg even after that apparently.

They also seem to be using XBMC with MediaStream skin as a GUI for the TV, you can see all the photos here.

Quote:That's HDI's first attempt at crafting a media portal that would enable buyers to easily find (and even upload or sell) 3D material, and we were duly impressed with just how slick it looked. Even the XBMC-based beta was web-connected,

They have also added some new menus this screen shows something called My iWonder Channels.

Maybe its just a prototype and XBMC wont end up in production models but it would be pretty cool to see XBMC built into TV's.
