Hello everyone
Had a thought this morning and of course you are the people to ask.
I now have quiet a large collection of movies and TV shows and these are all located on a server.
My lounge is served by a HTPC which pulls all the media from the above mentioned server, and using XBMC it is awesome.....
I also run two Acer Revo R3610's with XBMC again in two other rooms of the house, and these also have access to the identical data.
Is there anyway you can have a central database for all of the XBMC data stoed on maybe the server itseld, rather than each individual machine. I want this to cover all of the movie info including DVD cases, movie info, cast info and ratings...plus all fanart too...same for music and TV shows as well of course
I know its a little bit of a trivial question, but I have to update each machine each time it is turned on, and if I happen to have ripped another 20 or 30 DVS this can be very time consuming and it seems daft to have to do the same thing more than once....
any ideas/suggestions!!!!!
