Is there a skin or setting in one of the skins that provides only Video or Video and Weather selections? Of course the setting option can will be there too.

I am setting this up with a remote control for an older couple who would greatly benefit from the least amount of options possible.

While I'm only familiar with the Confluence skin, I know it has an option to disable different features on the Home menu (ex. Hide Pictures or Hide Scripts). I've used this to only have Weather, Music, and Video enabled.
