Reinstalled W7 about a month ago, 1st time trying to compress a media folder into a .xpr since new install and I'm getting that msvcp71.dll error.
My quick google searches aren't working. Putting msvcp71.dll in windows/system and windows/system32 hasn't work. Am I missing something, thx...

I was able to compress textures in .xpr back when Confluence was first released but it took a special .bat file. If nobody gets back to you before I get home from work, I will PM you the XMBCtex.exe and .bat file that worked on my Windows 7 (x64) for Confluence.

Thx for the replies, though even XPR Express just popped up a quick 'operation complete' message after 1sec but nothing was done...

Thanks everyone, especially sham021. For future reference looks like you need both msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll
