A question that I figured other people might know:

Is it possible to have a now playing queue show up anywhere in a skin other than the Now Playing window? For instance, is it possible to have a little list in place of the Alaska global now Playing window? And if it is possible, is there a skin/mod that anyone knows of that has this?

I was just wondering this myself last night!!

I use the basics-101 skin, cause we have a smallish SD TV, it works well for video etc with a standard MCE remote... but for music i find it a real pain to actually get to the playlist! ( i have tried and failed to re-map a button onthe remote )

So i like the sound of your idea! but have not much to contribute right now, but will start checking it out over the w/e
