i have the following system @ home:
1x Mac Mini with the latest XBMC SVN for Mac OS X
1x Windows 7 Notebook with the latest XBMC SVN for Win32 (same built: 256)
1x Synology DS-409+ NAS with all the music, movies and /Database Folder for both XBMC units.
both system have to use the same database folder on the nas. but i have a problem:
f.i. on the mac mini the series folder is mounted to /volumes/series
f.i. on the windows notebooks the series folder is mounted to \\NAS\series
when i update the database (the master pc is the mac mini) mthe windows notebook cannot access the files because of the wrong path.
any suggestion how i can fix it?
And another question. i want to implement the SQL-server thing described here:
http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/8169
but when i do it i will have the same problem like with a standard shared database isnt it?
