I used search but couldn't find an answer;

I had a 720p file having severe stuttering (tried a few times), especially during panning, but when I put my ATV from 720p to 720P@50hz the same file played fine. Is that normal?

What did you have it set to before?

Where is the option to set it to 50hz? all i have is window and 12XX by 720P @ 60hz.

the file was probably 25fps.. so at 50hz it's much better matched.
