Hi all,

I'm new in the forum and half-new with XBMC ( I used it with Xbox 2-3 years ago, but the first version ). Now I have a HTPC with a TV source, so can XBMC record from this video source ? So I can record the TV programs.

If the XBMC core can not do this thing, is there a plug-in that it can do ?

There's a branch called pvr-testing2 that let's you use tv backends like tvheadend, vdr and others. After the upcoming release this branch will get merged. Long story short, there's experimental support.
