[Chrono]

I have an older mac mini ppc (full specs below) that I want to use as a media center. I downloaded the latest version of XBMC for ppc and it doesn't seem to open.
I have tried opening in terminal as well and there is no response.
In both instances there is no error, it doesn't appear in activity monitor or anywhere else. It's the strangest thing.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

To help, I need more details.
Which version did you download? xbmc-9.11-ppc-repack.dmg? xbmc-r28256-trunk-ppc.dmg?
Did you manage to open the dmg?
Did you copy the app to your Applications folder?
Do you have a xbmc.log in ~/Library/Logs?

Thanks for the reply.

I installed the xbmc 9.11-ppc repack version.
I was able to open the .dmg file and managed to copy it to my applications folder.
Then when it came to open it, I would double click and nothing would happen.

There is no xbmc.log in the ~Library/Logs/~

Actually, I decided to look a little farther into the logs directory and in ~Library/Logs/Crashreporter/~ there is an XBMC.crash.log.

update to the latest 10.4, Mac OS X 10.4.2 has a required dyld in the wrong place.
