Most forums I've used show a list of moderators for a particular section, however here I don't see that anywhere.
You may just have to wait until someone notices this thread in that case. :p

As a basic rule finished released to public (everyone) skins get their own forum section if you fit that description you need to PM a forum admin probably TheUni and ask them if you can have one
The reason why it has to be finished is we have big history of people 1/2 making skins and never making a actual finished product
