Hi all
I have installed xbmc on ubuntu 10.04,but why the xbmc not listen the port 8080(websever)? I using the 3G network,and opened the web control on port 8080,
when I type "netstat -napt" check it,not found any process listening 8080 port?
when I using wifi or lan cable connection, everything is ok,I could see the xbmc listening the port 8080,

anybody know it? related to the 3G network? or ubuntu?

u need to portforward port 8080 to the exact ip address on your network..

this config is done on your home router....

I think should not related to the IP,
when I using the 3G connection, I type "telnet 127.0.0.1 8080",but fail,show
"Unable to connect to remote host:Connection refused"

but when I using other connection(wifi or lan cable),it's ok, show "connected",
I really don't know why....
