i have a question: is the usb reciever of the xbox 360 wireless controller for windows capable to receive keystrokes and compatible with a logitech harmony remote under evenghost?

No. The XBox360 controllers use 2.4GHz wireless to transmit signals. The harmony remote uses IR.
