Always boot from Hibernate state?
#1
About a year to a year and a half ago I remember seeing a link on here for setting up a kiosk-esque windows mode for XBMC. It had something to do with hibernating windows, and then trapping that session and making it the session that always boots up when a user re-hibernates or (possibly) reboots the system.

I'm loosing my mind searching for this thing on here, or through google. Maybe I'm not typing something correctly, or remembering it all wrong.

Any one have any clue what I'm talking about and able to point me in the right direction to get this done?

Thanks heaps!

You can configure Windows to automatically log in as a selected user after a (re)boot, then run XBMC from the Start menu. Resuming from hibernation should by definition always resume as whatever user was logged in.
