I'm trying to watch a film in a computer with an slow internet connection.

So I try to connect to a VK server and I get an error. This error is because of my low internet connection (only 0.5 Mb) When I try to connect with a normal speed internet connection I can watch the film.

To find a solution I've edited the file advance settings as you can see:

But I didn't succed. Can anyone propose me a different values or something that I have to add in order to watch the film?

I'm using XBCM 11 in Linux OS-
