In my setup Transparency! rev 446 (and a lot of older ones) on xbmc svn 31076 (and almost all since addon merge) every resume playback dialog menu is spawned twice.
With confluence this don't happen.

no clue what's going wrong at your end.

i've checked your log and indeed see two DialogContextMenus..
but both seem to be triggred by a key-press:

Solved, is due to the remote. I slowed down my harmony and all now works well. Ty Ronie for your time and the hint (button pressed twice)
