So I'm about ready to pull the trigger on my HTPC purchase. I've ben on the xbox for years and it's time to upgade. Here's my thoughts, but I did have a couple questions if someone can answer them that would be awesome. Or if some of this won't work please let me know.

I plan to get the Acer Revo 3610 with windows 7.

1. Does this machine allow for "resume from suspend" through a remote (USB IR dongle)?

2. Will it send audio thorugh the HDMI cable as well? (I think I read that this does work but just want to double check)

3. I need a resonably priced remote (hopefully under $50) that comes with a USB infa red dongle, and will work with windows as well as control my TV. (Samsung HL67A750) Any thoughts on a good remote?
