I am running XBMC under win 7 on my Revo 3610. I downloaded the latest nightly build, I think June 16. I notice a big difference from the official release, both in GUI speed and movie playback, so it is obvious that DXVA is enabled. However, when I play a 720p MKV (tha Pacific), the frame rate periodically drops to 10-15 fps, especially during action scenes. The CPU stays around 20-30% and I have never seen it go above 50%. Any idea what I need to do. I have read many post where people claim they can play up to 1080p without stutter. I have not installed any additional codecs. Whae playing the same file using MPC-HC it works perfectly.
