I found the instructions for XBMC compiling on win32 here

They're not written down but it was pretty close to VS2008 last time I tried.
From memory, there was no config necessary inside VS but all other steps were necessary.

In VC++ Express 2010 this part has changed, I am a nood, so I cannot advance past this stage ?

Like I wrote, IIRC no config necessary in Visual Studio (Visual C++ Express), it's all in the solution already.
