What format should I use so that it's scraped properly?

Right now I'm using NAME.s01e01.mkv, but specials aren't slotted into any particular season and they're not getting scraped as it is... am I missing something obvious?

specials are considered season 0. you can see the order over @ tvdb.

The wiki perhaps? Specials are in season 0. They're labelled consecutively since the beginning of the season. See thetvdb.com as to which is which.
