Hi,
As the subject says, I am a complete XBMC newbie, but have been using MythTV for quite some time. I found out about this project after someone had ask me to install boxee on their pc for them.
I am running Fedora 8. Very old, I know, but hey, it still works quite well, and I hate KDE 4, mainly because it does not support separate X-Sessions.
I have a few issues to sort out still. Here is a partial list:
1. I run dual X-Sessions on a 24" monitor (for tv viewing) and a 19" WS monitor for computer use. When I am running XBMC on the 24" monitor, I cannot get my mouse to go "down" to my 19" monitor. It is locked on the 24" screen. Why is this?
2. Addons. I installed from the SVN, and Plugins is apparently replaced by Addons. How do I add repositories to my Addons? How do I get Hulu, or CBS or NBC Universal? I can find none of these in the default Addons repository. Can I add more repository?
3. More to add, just having a lapse of memory at the moment.
