before i install this cool app, how long does it take the xbmc application to start if i have it as my default dashboard on the hdd? how about from a cd/dvd?

my current media player take 1.5-2 minutes & i am hoping that this is quicker.

from hd, 1-3 seconds max
we dont support booting from cd/dvd, xbmc just isnt designed for it
