I apologize if this is obvious but I can't find where to install new skins. In the instructions it says to put it in the "Skins" directory under C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\ but I don't have such a directory. Am I missing something?

I'm using build 31520 (latest DS Player build).

You're missing the myriad of posts just like yours that say that skins are now addons.

You can install (some) skins directly via the addon manager. Various others are available from the skinners repositories (also installable via the addon manager).
