I am trying to play BBC Life which is a really high quality encode in some places it says 20-50 mbits. When I used to use just software to decode (XBMC 9.11) it it went fine and cpu was at 50+ percent and would slow down/ be choppy when I had something running in the background (90+%). Now cpu stays under 10% with DXVA on and playback is choppy with tons of dropped frames.
It might be relevant that even if I use software rendering only without dxva it is choppy and I have the same problem which i did not before.
