I have a minimal karmic install with xbmc from the xci script on a zotac ion.
One strangeness is when the system crashes, ie. little fingers whack the power from the panamax or some other way, and i reboot it, it gets stuck at the grub choose a kernel screen.
then i have to get a keyboard, boot to recovery mode and then boot to regular mode. not sure whythis is.
is there a way to force grub to always boot the default kernel? or is booting to recovery needed to clear something out ?
really sucks!
thanks!
