Hi guys,

First of all, very nice forum.

I am new here and only installed Plex yesterday evening. I quickly found the default skin to be very hard work and found a link to the Aeon project website.

Can anyone tell me how I go about setting up Aeon to look as it does on their home page please?

I have installed the Aeon skin but I am greeted with a very rudimentary looking interface that looks nothing like the subtle grey's and black's that are on the home page of Aeon. Am i missing a trick somewhere, do I just need to change a setting somewhere to make Aeon look like this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

As I say I'm new to plex, I've just thought, could it be just backgrounds I need to download?

How do I get the specific background for the movie I am viewing in the menu before I play it?

Each menu item can have its own backdrop which you set in

Settings > Customize > Backdrops

When I watch demo videos of Aeon though, I see people are able to access a synopsis of the movie, and a background specific to each movie.

How do I do that please?

Can't say for plex as i dont use it, perhaps you would be better asking in their forums?

If you were using xbmc, this would be a good place to start:

Basically you need to scan content into your library.

Thanks for your help guys. After 4 hours of trying to set up AEON I have finally given up, I can't get it to look anything like it does on screenshots and videos I have seen.

Can anyone tell me if AEON and AEON STARK are the same thing as AEON STARK is all I can download from the Aeonproject website.
