Hi there,
I'm trying to install XBMC Live to my laptop who have a hdd ssd 256Go. Actually it's 4 x 64Go ssd mounted in Raid0. When I try to install XBMC Live on the hdd, the installer block at the Grub intsallation (red box saying it's impossible ton install Grub). Same problem if I chose Lilo as bootlaoder. So I cannot finish the installation of XBMC-Live.
After days of googleing, it's seems that's the Raid0 who's the problem. It's in fact a FakeRaid. It's a knowed issue : https://help.ubuntu.com/community/FakeRaidHowto
Since the installer of XBMC-Live is different from the installer of Ubuntu Karmic I cannot use these solutions.
Is there anyone who Already install XBMC Live on a FakeRaid partition?
