"Display 4:3 as 16:9 stretched" This has been broken for a while now, it's supposed to override the normal setting in TV shows, But it doesn't

Yeah been like it for a few months\builds, Thought I'd pull my finger out and mention it,I kept waiting and installing new builds in the hopes that it would be fixed but it Keeps getting overlooked
