Ideal PC MediaCenter dedicated
#1
Hi guys, I'm new in the forum and in the XBMC scene.
I was looking a free and beautiful Media Center manager for my Media, and I found this amazing project!!!

I tried it on OSX and it's really great!

Now, in my living room I have a WD TV, but I'm not satisfied of it:
It's quite slow, and it's very slow and not customizable.

So, I wondering replace it with a little MediaCenter-PC, powered by XBMC.

Can you guys suggest me some cheap computers wich are appropriate for my purpose?

Thank you so much.

P.S. My Living room TV has not HDMI link, but I prefer get somethings wich allow me to use this kind of connection for a future...

Any Nvidia ION based system will do perfectly. See here for a overview of whats available: http://www.linuxtech.net/features/nvidia...rview.html

We should really have a sticky thread with answers to these recurrent questions here in this forum.

P.S: you don't say what kind of inputs your TV has, we can't suggest a specific solution for you unless you give us more details.

Hi ion_man,
First, thank for your answer, and my TV use DVI - Component- VGA - Scart in.
I would use the DVI one, because is better then the others.
I just saw on ebay a cool Motherboard wich seems to be made for my goal!

here's the link:
