hey i just installed the xbmc media player. And when i open it, is was so slow and the mouse moved also really slow like my computer wasnt good enough.

MY spec is :

Amd phenom 550 be 3.1 ghz (unlocked to x4)
4 gb
ram 8800 gts (640 mb edition)

i am usin ubuntu 64-bit

You need to upgrade your NVidia drivers. The drivers you are using don't provide accelerated OpenGL.
