Does anybody know how the new Dharma addons will work with regards to new updates for addons already installed? Will it indicate to me that there is a new update or will it install it automatically or will I need to check the addons every now and again to check? Also is there a feature that will allow xbmc to alert me when there have been new addons that have been added to the addons list"

you are notified, and the updatable add-ons will be listed in a separate node in the root of the browser. alternatively, you can enable auto-updates in the lhs menu in the browser.
