Hi guys I've had too many problems running xbmc on my toshiba L350, 2.00ghz,3gb ram dual core. It struggles to play all mkv 720p.

I purchased a ion 330ht only to findout it has no os and now I'm concerned how I am going to install os. I've looked around the forum and found Linux which is free but there is so many. Please can you advise me which Linux would be easy to install I never installed os before and not sure if it like installing a new software from cd I. I am very familiar with windows or would it be advisable to take it to my local pc shop which will cost around 60-70 quid.

all is explained with screens, you'll have a computer that boot directly on xbmc in about 20sec.
