With the Dharma Beta 1 on a Win7 x64 Revo machine. I noticed that when I had the 'i' overlay displayed that I could not skip forward using the right arrow button.
Closing the movie information allowed me to use the right arrow button to skip through file.
Known issue?

Just tried to reproduce using Dharma Beta1 / Win7 32 bit. Seems to be working just fine for me.

It works here too. If you turn on debug logging the xbmc.log will show you how XBMC is handling the keypress. It is possible to change the mapping of key presses when the Info screen is open by putting the key mapping in the <FullscreenInfo> section of keyboard.xml.
