HELP !!!
immediately after install Shade skin form xbmc repo, XBMC restart continuously.
I try press Ctrl+Alt+2 but nothing happens.
I shutdown but after restart the HTPC, XBMC restart continuously

one week later, alaska skin... today this...
I dont not try another skin

please help me now, I am not an linux expert

my system: Revo 3610, Xbmc Dharma beta1

what does your xbmc log say? or your xbmc crash log found in user home folder

the key Ctrl+Alt+2 not working, which key stop xbmc?

your xbmc program is in a boot loop or starting and crashing, starting and crashing?

also Ctrl+Alt+F2 brings you into terminal im not sure what ctrl+alt+2 does

excuse me, the boot loop is the situation.
the logo of xbmc appared for four second, a black screen of one sec and on like for all time.
there is a way to stop this charge?

If it is really is booting try to stop at the grub menu.
If it is just xbmc that keeps restarting...
Then try to access it over the network over ssh to sort it out. (delete guisettings.xml)

If you cant access it over the net try to read prev post again.

I try with recovery mode at boot menu (dual boot menu) and I rename the folder skin.shade in home/revo/.xbmc/addons in bad.shade
but when reboot the system, I have same situation: the logo xbmc loop load.

another help?

It should be re-generated with default settings.
