I`ve now done a reinstall of windows7 (64bit) and installed xbmc dharma beta2 on my Asrock ion 330. The install went good and I organized all of my videos and tv shows.

The problem appears when im gonna play one of my videos(both HD and ordinary avi videos), its taking ages before the video starts and when it first starts its just buffering all the way. After buffering for a while, xbmc gives up the video and I`m back at the movie list.

All my media is stored on a NAS and i have tryed both wireless and cabled connection.

I have a laptop with the same "setup" and there is it working 100%.

This looks like a network problem.

Try copying the avi to some convenient directory on your hard disk and play the file from there. See if it works better.

After I tryed to transfer one of my videos from the NAS to the htpc, thats allso my guess(it took ages). Allso my downloadspeed from the internet is very slow, about 30 kbs.

Someone who have an idea of what i could do to solve this out? Ive updated the network drivers. Could it be something whit my firewall?
